Since 2003, multiple BIG TEAM Regattas have been sponsored and organized by Group Experiential Learning, J World Annapolis, OCSC and Chicago Sailing to help non-profit community sailing programs raise much needed funds for youth and adaptive sailing programs. The events rely on volunteers, corporate sponsors and the dedicated staffs of the beneficiaries to deliver a great day of sailing and team building to corporate teams. The proceeds of these regattas have helped thousands of children learn self confidence and team work at summer sailing camps and youth sailing programs.
